Revitalizations to Beaver Stadium will be complete in time for the start of the 2027 football season.
- Current season ticket holders on the West side will receive priority access to non-premium seating options, which includes lower sideline chairback and upper sideline bench inventory. This order of selection for the current West season ticket holders will be based on NLC Priority Points.
- Access to all premium options will be based on NLC Priority Points, regardless of current seating location.
o Starting prices for the new PAM Health Misitano Family Tower premium seating options will be shared within information being sent directly to season ticket holders. Pricing will vary within each seating option and actual prices will be available for review at the time of seat selection.
o Pricing for the West non-premium seating options will be shared at a later date.
o A capital gift is a one-time donation directed to funding the construction of the Beaver Stadium Revitalization project.
The PAM Health Misitano Family Tower will include more than 600,000 square feet. This square footage includes clubs, concourses, restrooms, fan seating, suites, circulation, team and event facilities, media facilities, food service facilities and operations facilities.
The staff working on this project will include local workers, as well as workers from outside of the area. The East side construction in 2024 saw 75% of the materials and labor procured from Pennsylvania. This project will also have approximately $15 million of economic impact to the area by the labor force alone.
